Fresh and firm Thai baby cucumbers. Ideal for eating alone as a snack or in salads, sandwiches and other recipes. Thai baby cucumbers can be pickled with vinegar to create a relish and can also be used to make an authentic Thai cucumber salad (Ajad). Pairs well with a traditional Satay Chicken and also popular in other Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and Indonesia.
