Cooking Suggestion: Singapore Chilli Crab Serves 4
Heat up a pan with 2tsps of cooking oil. Add 365g (24 tbsps) of Woh Hup Singapore Chilli Crab sauce, stir fry for 1 minute. Add 400g crab and 400ml water, simmer for 5 minutes or until crab is cooked. Set crab aside from sauce. Stir in 2 tsps corn starch solution and 2 eggs, mix well until gravy thickens. Pour gravy over crab. Ready to serve with rice or buns.
