How to Order
At Thai Food Online, we have tried our best to make our website as easy as possible for our customers to navigate and use. However, we do understand that sometimes it's nice to have a step-by-step process on how to use something new. So here is our easy to follow guide on how to order a product on our website.
1. Finding your items
Across the top of our website, you'll see a list of the different categories of products available. Hovering your mouse over each of these categories will show a drop-down menu of the different groups within that category.
When you've chosen your food group, you will see a list of the products available, with clear pictures so that you can see what you're ordering straight away.
This page will tell you what the product is, when you will receive it by, how much it costs, and some helpful information about the product and any nutritional info you may need to know. To order the product, simply adjust the number of how many you want, and click ORDER or BUY NOW to add it to your shopping cart.
2. Filling in your details
At this stage, you will need to choose your payment method, as listed above, and also provide your contact details for the shipping address. This is the address that you would like the products to be delivered to.
You can also sign up for our newsletter on this page. By signing up, you will receive a discount code to use on your order, as well as being periodically sent special deals and discount codes. Don't worry, we won't be spamming your inbox every day, just every couple of weeks to help you save money on your shopping.
You can also apply any discount codes that you have at this stage. Simply type it into the "Discount code" section of the page, click "Apply", and the amount will be taken off your order. Once you're happy with the details you've entered, click "Continue to shipping".
3. Shipping & Payment
At Thai Food Online, we think the only way to deliver your items is the quicker, the better! This is why we only offer express delivery, so that we can get your delicious products to you as quickly as possible.
The only difference here will be the price, as this depends on your location and the weight of your order. The shipping cost is then added to your order total so that you can see exactly how much you'll be paying. Once you're ready, and happy with the price, click "Continue to payment". The following page will look like this:
This is where you can input the details of how you wish to pay; whether via debit/credit card or via PayPal. This is a secure page and we will only save the details if you ask us to, and even then these will only be held to make it quicker and easier for you when placing future orders with us. Once you're happy with the details you've put in, click "Pay now" to complete your order.
