Ingredients: Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Defatted Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Fermented Rice Seasoning (Glucose, Alcohol, Rice Salt, Sake Lees Shochu, Rice Koji, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Sugar), Sugar, Salted, Alcohol, Yeast Extract
Japanese beef bowl with Hamadaya Dai Aso Gyudon sauce
Ingredients: (3-4 person)
300g thinly sliced beef
1 Onion (sliced)
3 cups cooked rice
Few pickled red ginger
1 tbsp oil
100ml water
100ml Hamadaya dai aso gyudon sauce
Method
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan with sliced onions until tender
2. Add sliced beef, Hamadaya dai aso gyudon sauce and water to simmer for a few minutes till cooked.
3. Serve the beef and onions over rice and top with pickled ginger
