Dai Aso Teriyaki Sauce 300ml by Hamadaya
A delicious blend of Hamada VII Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce and fermented grape to create a beautiful glaze and enhance vegetable, meat or fish dishes alike.
Ingredients:
Soy Sauce (Water, Defatted Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Sugar, Fermented Grape Seasoning (Grape Juice Concentrate, Glucose, Salt), Water, Flavour Enhancer (E635), Garlic
Teriyaki Chicken with Hamadaya Dai Aso Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients: (2-3 person)
2 Boneless skin-on chicken thighs/breasts
Pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 clove large garlic (crushed)
Finely chopped scallion
2 tbsp oil
60ml Hamadaya Dai Aso Teriyaki Sauce
Method:
1. Add chicken meat, pepper and conrstarch to a bowl and stir until coated.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chicken meat and fry until slightly brown. Add the crushed garlic and fry for 1/2 minutes. Add Hamadaya Dai Aso Teriyaki Sauce and cook over a medium heat until the chicken is sticky and coated in a thick sauce.
3. Sliced into bite sized pieces and top with the sliced scallion
