Consisting of an exciting mix of radish, cucumber, lotus root, aubergine, ginger and purple perilla, pickled in a soy sauce-based pickling solution with added seasoning of sesame seeds and perilla spice, these flavourful Japanese pickles can be enjoyed on their own, served with rice or, the most common use, sprinkled over katsu curry.
