An aromatic blend of naturally-brewed soy sauce, wine and spices, this sticky, sweet/savoury sauce is perfectly balanced and ideal for using as a marinade, as the sauce base in a stir fry, or for dipping fried and barbecued foods.
Teriyaki is a marinade made from soy sauce, sake or mirin and sugar or honey. The word “teri” means to shine in Japanese, and refers to the lustrous glaze foods with teriyaki take on as they’re grilled.
