Recipe for Thai Braised Beef
1. Slice 500 g of sirloin beef into equal pieces.
2. Marinate with the contents of this packet for 15 minutes.
3. Heat in a saucepan and then add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Brown the meat.
4. Add water, enough to cover the meat. Lower the heat.
5. Cover the saucepan and simmer until the meat is tender, leaving a small quantity of sauce. Turn a few times and serve.
