Ingredients:
Pickled Cabbage 61.9% (Cabbage, Salt, Chilli Pepper, Ginger, Rice Vinegar, Grain Spirit, Spices, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid, Lactic Acid)), Seasoning (Soybean Oil, Pickled Radish (Radish, Salt, Spices), Onion, Salt, Garlic, Pickled Ginger (Ginger, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite)), Sugar,Yeast Extract, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5'-Ribonucleotides), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), White Pepper Powder, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Turmeric Powder), Pickled Chilli Pepper (Chilli Pepper, Salt), Fish Fillets Pickled Seasoning (Corn Starch, Salt, White Pepper Powder)
Cooking Instructions:
Pickled the fish fillet: Wash 1.5kg if fish fillet, and then add the 'Pickled Fish Seasoning' and 12ml of cooking wine, and gently mix to make the fish fillet smooth.
Stir frying soup base: Add 80ml of cooking oil to the pot, and pickled cabbage and stir well, then add the fish bone and fish head to stir fry; add 1.6L of boiling water and pour the seasoning in, wait until boiling again
Cooking fish fillets: Put the already pickled fish fillets into the pot one by one, wait until boiling again , then cook for 3-5 minutes to finish the dish.
