Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste 190g by Woh Hup
This popular Singapore dish is a recipe adapted from early Chinese immigrants from Hainan island, China.
Traditionally, steamed / boiled chicken is served with flavoured rice, and complemented with dipping sauces such as dark soy sauce, chilli with chopped garlic, and pounded ginger.

Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Shallot, Water, Soybeans Oil, Salt, Sesame Oil, Contains Permitted Food Conditioner (Modified Tapioca Starch, Lactic Acid), Sugar, Spices (contains Mustard), Permitted Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5′-Inosinate, Disodium 5′-Guanylate)
Cooking suggestion: Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice (Served 4-6)
Heat up 500ml of water in rice cooker or pan. Add 80g (5 tbsps) or Woh Hup Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste and stir well. Add in 350g of rice into the rice cooker or pan, and cook the rice as usual. May chop some chicken breast set aside on plate. Serve hot with cooked rice.
Store in cool and dry place protected from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening
