Loaded with springy, dried wheat noodles, a seasoning stock and toppings, the rich soy sauce-based soup of these instant noodles is light yet satisfyingly moreish, seasoned with red chilli pepper, garlic and spices that will keep your taste buds pleasantly tingled.
