Thai Green Curry Paste 400g Tub by Aroy-D
A fragrant blend of spices and ingredients to create an easy to use paste for the popular thai green curry.
Ingredients: green chilli, shallot, lemongrass, salt, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime peel, cumin powder, coriander seed, turmeric.
Recipe: [2-3 persons]
1] stir tbsp of vegetable oil and 50g og curry paste [gently heat 2 min]
2] pour the 2 cups [400g] of coconut milk, then put 250g of your favourite meat, fish or shellfish.
3] add 1 tbsp of fish sauce and 1 tbsp of palm sugar [or as preferred]
4] put 60g of well cut eggplants, and a little fresh chilli [keep boiling 6 mins]
5] put a little basil leaf and kaffir lime leaf, add more seasoning as preferred.
