Ingredients: Dried Chilli Pepper 30%, Garlic, Shallot, Lemongrass 10%, Sugar, Salt, Kaffir Lime 2%, Galangal 1%, Spices, Citric Acid

Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir fry 100g of Maesri's Prik Khing Curry Paste with 5 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok under medium heat until fragrant.
2. Add 250g of chicken or preferred meat and stir fry until cooked while adding 50ml (5 tbsp) of water.
3. Add 400g of long green bean, 75ml (8 tbs) of water and 5-6 torn kaffir lime leaves. Then, season with 2-3 tbsp of sugar and 1.5-2 tbsp of fish sauce and stir fry until cooked and well mixed.
4. Remove from heat, plating and garnishing with kaffir lime leaves chiffonade, slices of chillies and crushes roasted peanuts (optional). Ready to serve
