Tumisan Kari Laksa Paste for Curry Laksa 200g by Tean's Gourmet
Pre-cooked pastes that form the base of your favourite dishes, commonly known as the “rempah”. Some are great as-is, while others just need the addition of meat, santan (coconut milk), oil, vegetables, or potatoes.
Ingredients: Onion, Soy Oil, Sugar, Salt, Lemongrass, Galangal, Chilli (4%), Curry Powder (Coriander, Chilli, Fennel, Cumin, Turmeric, Pepper, Dhall, Cinnamon, Star Aniseeds, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Clove, Rice, Spices), Garlic, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Dried Shrimp (Crustacean), Curry Leaf, Lime Seasoning (Dextrose, Acidity Regulator (E330), Flavouring (Soy), Lime, Anti-caking Agent (E551), Colouring (E102)), Thickener (E1414), Ginger, Turmeric.

Cooking Suggestions:
- Mix 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste in 1.6 litre of boiling water. Simmer it over low fire for 8-10 minutes
- Add in 150 ml thick coconut milk and 100g fried bean curd. Bring to a boil.
- Prepare cooked yellow noodles and beansprouts in a bowl and add in slices of meat, fish cakes, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves.
- Pour the hot curry laksa soup into a bowl. Serve hot.
